George House Tag Sale Intake Begins September 13

The George House Tag Sale will be held at the Lyme Public Hall on Saturday, September 18 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm  Concurrently, the Lyme Congregational Church will be holding a sale of children’s items (clothing, toys, etc.).

The sale will feature housewares, furniture, tools, jewelry, and unexpected treasures.  Proceeds will go toward the maintenance of the Lyme Public Hall, the Lyme Local History Archives, and our programs.

Intake for both the Lyme Public Hall and Lyme Congregational Church tag sales will be from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm beginning Monday, September 13-16.  There will also be evening drop-off on Thursday, September 16 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. 

We welcome furniture, tools, small appliances, jewelry, housewares, linens, sporting goods and gift items. We will not accept large appliances, upholstered or particles board furniture, consumer electronics (TVs, computers, fax machines, etc.) or large exercise equipment. In addition, no clothing, records or books will be accepted for sale.

The Lyme Congregational Church will accept children’s items (clothing, toys, etc.) and will be serving food on the day of the sale.
