Please use extra caution when driving in Lyme this April — watch for your neighbors and Town workers along the roadsides during the annual Lyme Roadside Cleanup! In honor of Earth Day – April 22, 2022 — residents are invited to (carefully and safely!) show a little love to our beautiful roadways, adopting areas near their homes to pick up trash and recyclables during the first three weeks of April, filling up bags provided by the Lyme Public Hall and Local History Archives. Pick up your free trash and recycling bags and gloves at the Lyme Public Hall’s Open House event (see below!), or any time after this at the Lyme Town Hall, the Lyme Public Library or the Hadlyme Country Store during regular business hours. The Town of Lyme will pick up filled bags from town roadsides. We are proud to co-sponsor this event with the Town of Lyme.
